Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Price

The price displayed on the website. Depending on your location, VAT or Sales Tax may be added at checkout by Paddle.

Payment Methods

Credit Card / PayPal (via Paddle): We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other methods supported by Paddle.
Bank Transfer: Available upon request. (International bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.)

Delivery

Via Paddle: You will receive an email with the download URL immediately after the payment is completed.
Via Bank Transfer: The download URL will be sent within 24 hours (or the next business day) after we confirm the payment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds after the download link has been sent. However, if the file is corrupted or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

For Paddle payments: Refunds are processed according to Paddle’s buyer terms and conditions.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us. We may refund the amount minus any transaction fees incurred.
